The selection of images from the Tranquility of Water portfolio are a part of an on-going digital photograph project representing the serene and peaceful nature of earth’s most sought after element.

Of course, water has a dual nature of birth as well as destruction, but the main theme of the photographs is that of life affirming attributes, illuminated by different venues with water as the main attraction.

The subjects are meant as a philosophical approach that links the nature of water to great inspiration, rumination, and reflection.

This is an ongoing project that will culminate in over a hundred and fifty water subjects throughout the state of Washington. Subjects vary from small scale water attractions to larger venues. The images transport you to a place of calmness and well-being, of peace and benevolence, and most of all, renewal of the human spirit!
